Verifying and vetting identities of Sender/Recipient

Monitoring transaction information on Sender/Recipient for:

Use of Latin characters
Restricting use of special characters, including ? in name and address fields
Restricting number of spaces allowed between characters
Monitoring for alphabetical or numerical patterns or sequences
Limiting characters (depending on the field, count must be between 2 and 35 characters)
Implementing rules to identify and avoid gibberish
Monitoring for:
- Ratio of vowels to consonants (cannot be all consonants or all vowels)
- Names of famous individuals
- Common keyboard patterns (e.g. 'qwerty', 'asdf')
- Alphabetical sequence or patterns
Companies that own funds being disbursed or collected must adhere to the following Sender/Beneficiary data and Soft Descriptor rules
- Disbursements (e.g. EWA, loan disbursements)
  - Recipient first name and surname:
    - Use Latin character set (e.g. English alphabet)
    - If more than one surname, only first surname is mandatory
    - No special characters (including ?)
    - No single character (e.g. "C")
    - No numbers
    - Cannot be all spaces
    - 35 character limit for first and middle name
    - 35 character limit for last name
- Purchases (e.g. Collections, Subscriptions)
  - Sender first name and surname:
    - Use Latin character set (e.g. English alphabet)
    - If more than one surname, only first surname is mandatory
    - No special characters (including ?)
    - No single character (e.g. "C")
    - No numbers
    - Cannot be all spaces
    - 35 character limit for first and middle name
    - 35 character limit for last name

Soft Descriptor:

Must be most recognizable to the cardholder
Cannot be all numbers
No sequential characters or numbers
No single characters
Cannot be all spaces
Truncated at 22 characters
Special character combinations are prohibited (PAA, Rxx, Sxx, Wxx, PAY)
